The roadmap: Now, Next, Later

The roadmap is the project's forward plan, in four bands: Now (in flight), Next (up next), Later (on the horizon) and Recently shipped. Open it from the Plan toggle at the top of the Work page.

Agents keep it current

You can edit it by hand, but the point is that your agents maintain it as they work. Say "add X to the roadmap" and the agent adds it. When work starts, the item moves to Now; when the linked job completes, the item moves to Recently shipped on its own.

A near-term item can be made proper: specced and linked to a draft job, so it is ready to start, not just a title. Vague ideas stay as titles in Later.

Two roadmaps, different scopes

This is the project roadmap, the persistent plan. An agent working in a terminal also keeps a small session roadmap of its own steps, shown in the drawer beside the chat. Different scopes; do not confuse them.
