The roadmap: Now, Next, Later

The roadmap is the project's forward plan, in four bands: Now (in flight), Next (up next), Later (on the horizon) and Recently shipped, folded under the three and shown once something has shipped. Open it from the Plan tab at the top of the Work page.

Agents update it as they work

You can edit it by hand (Add under a band, Start to move an item to Now, the Now, Next, Later and ✓ Ship buttons on each item), but the point is that your agents maintain it as they work. Say "add X to the roadmap" and the agent adds it. When work starts, the agent or you move the item to Now; when an agent completes the linked job as delivered, the item moves to Recently shipped on its own.

A near-term item can be made proper: specced and linked to a draft job, so it is ready to start, not just a title. Vague ideas stay as titles in Later.

Two roadmaps, different scopes

This is the project roadmap, the lasting plan. An agent started from Chats also writes a small session roadmap of its own steps, shown in the drawer beside the chat. Different scopes; do not confuse them.
